“Regis does a very good job of making all their students feel wanted, and people look out for each other here, and sometimes that’s just not the culture at other places.”
New history teacher, Ms. Hailey Johnson, never really saw the potential of being a high school teacher until she was sent out for student teaching at Heritage High School and “absolutely fell in love with it.” Growing up in the area, and going to Arapahoe High School, she always knew Regis was “prestigious” and challenging inside and out of the classroom, and being able to bring faith into the classroom made school that much better. “I’m still in shock and honored to be able to be a part of the community,” she said. “Here at Regis, we’re more than just teaching content, we’re teaching life skills”
