Three wins and zero losses.

That is the record of Regis Jesuit’s boys swim team after they traveled to Arapahoe High School to take on the Warriors.

This meet was very different because the normal high school rules were put aside and different rules were put into place. Swimmers were guaranteed two individual races and at least one relay to score more possible points for their team.

Swimmers like Will Goodwin, a swimmer on Regis Jesuit’s varsity team, said, “It (the meet) was fun and exciting,” as Regis Jesuit beat Arapahoe by a large margin.

Not only did this win improve the Jesuit’s record to three wins and zero losses, pool records were also broken as Elijah Warren set a twenty year old Arapahoe High School pool record with a time of 56.89 seconds in the 100 Breaststroke event.

The win provided positive spirit and a lot of great swims leaving the question, what else does the team have in store as the season progresses?
