Isabella Marchiol ’21 and Erin McCormick ’21
Six seniors on the girls varsity lacrosse team are all going new places next year. Mariah Daley is going to Sacred Heart University, Maya Fair is going to Kenyon University, Molly Moran is going to Notre Dame, Hannah Lester is going to Denison University, Tess Inhelder is going to Marquette, and Ellie Corporon is going to CU Boulder.
They have had an amazing season with lots of laughs. “I have loved the new experiences this year has brought me. I feel like the team, this season, has bonded more than we ever have before”, said senior Maya Fair. Though they are sad to leave they all feel that these were some of the best years of their lives. All the underclasses this season have been able to grow closer to all of the seniors. “We all want to take this team as far as possible to give the seniors a lasting imprint and memory a Regis Jesuit.” said freshman Grace Weigand. The seniors have been such great leaders and an inspiration to the girls lacrosse team this season. Their impact on this team will last a lifetime.
