This season feels different from the rest of the Regis Jesuit Lacrosse seasons there has been. The energy in the air is higher, more athleticism, more talented individuals rise, and this season, that happens to be the Freshman on this very talented team.

These Freshman get a experience of a lifetime, proving their skills to not only the coaches, but all the other fans and teams seeing the next wave of generations is coming to High school lacrosse.
Freshman on Varsity, Will Cornell, Will Van Der Bosch, and Shamus Brennan talk about the experience they had getting an opportunity to prove themselves as great players alongside the upperclassman they play with.

“We have awesome captains that lead us well” Says Will Cornell ’28 about the older teammates he gets to play with.
“Not being to cocky either” Will Van Der Bosch ’28 adds as he talks about being a freshman, and how to be a humble player on the team as they just start to become men.
As players on this team, they came into the season knowing it was going to be a grind.
“It took a lot of dedication this season,” freshman Shamus Brennan said.
All these freshmen took countless hours out their days, every week to preform to the maximum so that they can contribute as much as they can for the Regis Jesuit program.
“We just control our emotions throughout the game” says Will Cornell
Talking about how the Regis program plays teams that might not play the best style, he adds that they play with respect and show leadership on the field. These actions might show that they seem older than they are.
All these Freshman honors the game they play, they go as hard as they can and try there hardest to be the top player. These talented players will only grow throughout the next years they play.
