Rowan Barnes, the junior defensemen from Regis Jesuit high school, leads by actions. Many people don’t see Barnes’s keen sense of leadership.
Barnes is just another friendly face around school to some, but what some don’t know is that he has an ability to change outcomes simply by his actions.
Body language, attitude, and inspiration are all vigiorous qualities that Barnes possesses. Barnes can change the outcome of a game not only by his skilled and physical play, but by his off-ice actions.
Barnes put up 17 points in 21 games in his sophomore year, proving that his sense of leadership is strong on-ice too.
The aspirations that Barnes has in the sport is a difficult task to achieve, but it takes people with dedication and passion, like Barnes, to complete these tasks.
Wherever life intends on taking Barnes appears to be an adventure. Although the future is unknown, it is shaped now. Barnes is shaping his future to be bright.
