Final exams are scheduled for December 15, 16, and 17. The 18th of December is scheduled as a make up day for cases such as a snow day or something similar that prevents Regis Jesuit final exams from taking place. In case the make up day is needed, students must not plan to be on vacation on the 18th. If extra time is needed on the exams, students must make plans with the appropriate teachers ahead of time. Students must schedule conflicts with the appropriate teachers if necessary. One quick reminder, all students are required to take the exams and be in dress code.

The “Semester Exam Attendance Policy” states that students who are absent on a semester exam day due to a trip, vacation, or similar reasons will get a failing grade for the semester exam in the subjects missed. Students who miss an exam day for legitimate illness or very serious reasons, such as a funeral or a sibling graduation will be allowed to make up their exams with approval from the Academic Assistant Principal.
