A day away from classes!? Diversity Day is a day the Regis Jesuit administration allows pardon from classes, in order for the community to grow in their diversity. The day includes three workshops for the students to participate in.
One of the most popular Diversity Day workshops was “Power in Decisions”, by Brandon Kress. Brandon shares his life story in order to help the students of Regis Jesuit not make the same mistakes, today, as Brandon quoted, “All I could ever ask for is to change just one of your lives.”
A single freshman at Regis Jesuit out of many already believe it has. Jonathan Mollandor shares his personal connections with Brandon, “It was very inspirational, especially since I had already known him beforehand.”
Brandon Kress, as quoted one of the best speakers of Regis Jesuit’s Diversity Day, has inspired much of Regis Jesuit’s underclassmen and has already been recommended as an attraction we all would love to see next year.
