What is Junior Hockey? Well, for Cade Alcock and Kyle Nelson, it’s an opportunity. A gateway to new worlds of high level hockey and an experience that neither of them will ever forget. Cade and Kyle will be going up to Calgary tis September to join there future team in the AJHL, The Calgary Canucks. This is A very high level Hockey program that has proven to create opportunities for their players and, moved multiple players to the next level, division 1 Hockey.

Yes, the path to play D1 hockey is a little unconventional and not as easy as say, a lacrosse player. But none of that matters to Cade or Kyle. Both of them are more than excited to work everyday, crafting their skill to reach that next level.

As senior Cade Alcock put it, “I’m definitely very nervous to leave home, none the less I’m ready to work harder than ever to reach my goals.”

There are some other advantages to playing at this elite level of hockey, as Senior Kyle Nelson put it, “I’m most excited to get all the free gear that e get, free sticks, shirts, hats and more!”

Regardless of if Cade and Kyle goto the NHL, which by the way is a big possibility, junior hockey is a huge deal. the experiences they will have are going to be unforgetable, life changing and simply a good time.
